Master Evaluation & Flight Terms

1. Scope of Flight Operations

All autonomous aerial survey missions conducted by or on behalf of Theonic Labs Ltd operate within enclosed indoor airspace in compliance with UK CAA and FAA regulations for GPS-denied autonomous small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS).

2. Pilot Program Participation

Enterprise facilities participating in the Aeroscan Alpha/Beta Pilot Program receive limited, non-exclusive rights to utilize generated 3D RF heatmaps and executive report outputs for internal network optimization and deployment planning.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, including the Needle Edge-AI copilot, qVIO calibration matrices, MPA IPC bridges, and IDW/RBF interpolation engines, remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Theonic Labs Ltd.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all enterprise evaluation agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
